The data processing takes place for the purpose of membership management, member communication, handling of charitable and club activities, external communication, marketing and publications, club and activity financing, contact initiation with interested parties, cooperation with other organizations and companies.
According to Art. 6 Para. 1 a), b) or f) GDPR, the processing of your data is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes listed above. We process the following categories of data: master data, communication data, results of discussions, photos and other media files, entry/exit dates and bank details. Your data will be shared with members of the Lions Club organization and parties interested in the Lions organization. Your data will remain stored in our databases, G Suite (Google cloud), Whatsapp group and/or Facebook group until you request deletion. You are entitled to the following rights according to Art. 15 to 22 GDPR: Right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data transfer. In addition, according to Art. 14 Para. 2 c) in conjunction with Art. 21 GDPR gives you the right to object to the processing.
